1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return new, unused, and uninstalled items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on used tires, mounted tires, or products that show signs of wear, installation, or damage not caused by us.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a TreadCove error or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email info@treadcove.com to request an exchange.
